07. God Makes the Work Grow (feat. Kelly Wisner)

This week on This Week At Windsor, Jonathan and Ardin are joined by Kelly Wisner. Originally from Jonathan’s homeland of the USA, Kelly shares her remarkable journey serving as a missionary in South East Asia among a predominantly Muslim population. After spending six years on the mission field, Kelly experienced deep burnout, eventually finding herself in Australia working with Open Doors. Kelly speaks openly and honestly about the pressures she carried, what burnout taught her, and what she would say to her younger self looking back. Through it all, she learned the importance of not depending on her own strength, but fully leaning on and trusting in the Lord. The conversation also explores the similarities between Christians and Muslims, the surprising ways God is moving among Muslim communities, and the importance of mentorship, support, and learning to work within your God-given limitations. It’s a thoughtful, vulnerable and deeply encouraging episode about faithfulness, weakness and trusting God to bring the growth.

06. Faithfulness & the Faith Filled-ness (feat. Sue Tompsett)

This Week At Windsor welcomes Sue Tompsett to the podcast with hosts Jonathan and Ardin. Sue is the Worship, Creative and Planning Coordinator at Community Life Church in Cherrybrook and brings with her years of experience in worship and ministry leadership. Having known Jonathan for many years, the conversation feels personal, reflective and full of wisdom gathered across many seasons of ministry. Sue shares her own journey of faith, including the powerful words God placed on her heart as a young woman: “I am in you.” She speaks about her deep love for music and corporate worship, reflecting on the unique way music can bypass the mind and speak directly to the heart — and how powerful that becomes when God is at the centre of it all. The conversation also touches on hope, hopelessness, navigating difficult seasons in church life, and learning to recognise God’s hand even in the hard moments. Sue speaks warmly about the current season at her own church, describing a growing sense of "faithfulness and faith filled-ness" among the congregation. It’s a thoughtful and encouraging conversation, take a listen to find out more!

04. On Purpose For His Purpose (feat. Katharine Montoya)

This week on This Week At Windsor, Jonathan and Ardin are joined by Katharine Montoya for a rich and honest conversation about faith, identity, and finding your place in the life of the church. Katharine shares her journey to faith, navigating different church spaces, from Baptist to Pentecostal and then back to Baptist again. The conversation also explores her unique role in the church with the realities of church life behind the scenes; admin, processes, and the ongoing work of building healthy and safe churches in light of the Royal Commission. Along the way, Katharine speaks candidly about her experience working within the Church Health Team with feeling out of place within a team of all Pastors and the innate human nature to compare ourselves to those around us. It’s a thoughtful and wide-ranging episode that reminds us we are each made intentionally, and invited to live with purpose right where God has placed us.
