is the "sephora kids epidemic" a bit too much?

the latest in tiktok hatred: pre-teens shopping at sephora. while there are some concerns and even more valid points raised about the factors influencing young girls to buy anti-aging serums at 11 years old, maybe we're hating on kids for no reason. gen z seems to be hating on gen alpha for all the wrong reasons that millennials were shaming gen z — "those damn phones." is there ever going to be a way out of this cycle of generational hatred? let me know your thoughts on the topic on the q&a box below. can't wait to read them! /chris :)

finally in sweden! - how my life changed

"lack of creativity" doesn't exist

a notion that i often need to remind myself is just a myth is that only a select few people in society can be considered truly creative. this exact concept has made me doubt my creativity, my art, and every single one of my abilities, especially in times when i felt uninspired, unmotivated, or simply "creatively blocked." through this episode, i try to analyze my belief that everyone can be creative and how ideas of "writer's block" don't have to exist in our lives — as long as we care to dismantle them. hopefully this episode helps you in one way or another. the anxiety of leaving

leaving something in the past and moving onto better things can invoke a bittersweet feeling. whether leaving to study abroad, cutting communication with a loved one, or anything in between, it sucks to leave and lose. the anxiety (or sadness) of leaving can derive from so many circumstances in life —especially when coming of age— and it's something that i've been thinking about a lot since graduating. often, i consider how much loss i will suffer to achieve my goals and it can be emotionally draining. but that's life! if u enjoyed it, share this episode w/ your friends and leave me a review — chris
