Good Morning! Good Morning! My brothers and my sisters and welcome to Turning On the Lights! for Thursday June 25, 2026. We remain in Luke chapter 9 and examine a seemingly unrelated little teaching about the confusion of Herod, ruler of Galilee, regarding Jesus and His disciples. Are we like Herod? Is the church? Yes - and no.When confusion hits the Christian, the Christian turns to God, not the world, for guidance and wisdom - and even if our confusion remains, we trust. Trust and Obey. This is a powerful story and a powerful picture of salvation for all.
