In life we often have our blinkers on for what is available to us and we get stuck with two rubbish options to choose from or left thinking and feeling we have no choice. I believe we always have infinite options when we tune into our inner wisdom and connect to our sense of self worth. This month’s mini episode is on Flow. You know when you want something to happen and it’s just not working and you feel like it’s blocked? Flow I feel is about being aware of the subtitles of energy all around us and honouring them not just using sheer will and determination but softening and tuning in to what is going on around and within you. In a society that is goal driven, forward focused, we look at how reading the subtle energies and tuning into trust not fear can make your life feel more at ease when wanting to reach goals. Our body is a messenger giving us guidance when we are open to it from our soul, from the universe. Our body holds the trauma that is there to be healed, there to be set free and turned into love. When we work with our bodies we give ourselves another way of connecting to our inner wisdom.
