You DON'T Respect Yourself

Hey Ya'll we're back with another episode about how YOU...yes YOU don't respect or trust yourself. We're breaking down the differences between self-love, self-esteem, and self-respect and why self-respect should be prioritized before all of them. We're going over how we break trust with ourselves, some signs we don't respect ourselves and how it affects us. LAST but of course not least, we're talking about HOW to gain that self-respect back or EARN it if you never had any. Do you ACTUALLY think you respect yourself or is that just something you hope you do and tell everyone that you do?

If so... you're probably suffering from IMPOSTER syndrome. Joining me in this episode is Cristina Kliesen. Cristina is a first-generation immigrant from Ecuador, a first-generation college grad, and a two-board-serving amazing woman and she has done all of this while working in a male-dominated field. Featuring two special guests: Amanda Blackwood, a fellow trauma survivor, motivational speaker, and a thirteen-published author with her bestseller being "Custom Justice" all about the trauma she experienced as a sex trafficking victim. Amber Helgeson, a fellow sexual assault and trauma survivor, and a leader in the psychedelic industry in Colorado. Her work focuses on using psychedelics and coaching for trauma relief, and how trauma affects your brain and DNA.
