But she also develops programs that both keep us healthy and get us back from injury and illness. She manages our players' return to play.  She coordinates appointments and treatment with doctors and with our High Performance Team (coaches, strength coach, sports psychologists, sports dietitians.  And she is basically available day or night when we need something.
