We talk a lot about lead generation, visibility, and pipeline but nobody talks about the thing that makes all of it possible: your energy. And right now, at the tail end of summer, most agents are quietly running on fumes and calling it hustle. This Wellness Wednesday episode hits different. Yes, we're talking about real estate. But more importantly, we're talking about you ~ the person behind the business, the parent trying to squeeze in one more memorable vacation, the professional whose fall calendar is already filling up before summer is even over. Pillars three and four of the Summer Success Blueprint are energy and relationships, and this conversation will change how you think about both. Because wellness isn't just the gym and the green smoothie. It's the patience you have with a difficult client. It's the creativity you bring to a tough negotiation. It's the version of yourself that actually shows up for your family, your clients, and yourself. We'll walk you through two questions that every agent should be sitting with right now, a simple one-to-five energy check that will tell you exactly where you are today, and the one small shift that could move the needle before the week is out. If you've been white-knuckling your way through summer and telling yourself you'll rest in the fall ~ this episode is your permission slip to stop. You don't have to choose between a thriving business and an enjoyable summer. But you do have to be intentional about protecting both. Because success isn't just built by protecting your calendar. It's built by protecting the person who's on it.

aflevering The Two Things Keeping Your Pipeline Empty (And Neither One Is Hard Work) (07.14.26) artwork

The Two Things Keeping Your Pipeline Empty (And Neither One Is Hard Work) (07.14.26)

Most agents are out here chasing more lead sources, more platforms, more strategies and still hitting September wondering why their pipeline feels thin. This episode cuts through all of that. On this Tactical Tuesday, we're breaking down two of the most misunderstood pillars in real estate: lead generation and visibility. And here's the truth most people miss, they're not two separate things. One creates the opportunity, the other captures it. Skip either one, and you're leaving money on the table. We start by redefining lead generation from the ground up. Forget cold calling scripts and Facebook ads for a minute. At its core, lead generation is just one thing: intentional conversations with people who could one day become your clients. That's it. And when you see it that way, it stops feeling overwhelming and starts feeling doable. Then we talk visibility not the "post every day and pray" kind, but the kind that makes someone in your neighborhood think of you the moment they decide they need a realtor. Not because you're the most experienced agent in the market, but because you're the one they actually see showing up. By the end of this episode, you'll have two concrete questions to answer before the day is done and the answers will tell you exactly where to focus your energy between now and Labor Day. If you've ever felt like your business is more unpredictable than it should be, this conversation is the reset you didn't know you needed. Simple, focused, and repeatable. That's how momentum gets built.

July Is Already Writing Your September (07.13.26)

Every fall, real estate agents say the same thing ~ "I feel like I'm starting over." But that feeling isn't born in September. It's built, quietly, through a hundred small decisions made in July. In this episode, we're getting honest about the real reason some agents arrive in fall with a full pipeline and momentum, while others are scrambling to rebuild from scratch. And spoiler: it has nothing to do with working harder or being smarter. We're talking about the one thing that actually separates thriving agents from stressed ones and it's simpler than you think. Not 20 calls a week. Not posting every day. Not grinding through summer while everyone else takes a breath. It's about staying visible in a way that's actually sustainable for your real life ~ beach days, tournaments, vacations, and all. You'll walk away from this episode with a completely different way of thinking about summer productivity, and a clear, honest answer to the question you should actually be asking yourself right now. If you've ever hit September and thought, "where did the summer go?" ~ this one's for you. Share it with every agent you know who's told themselves they'll "get back into their routine after Labor Day." That conversation starts here.

Manifesting Series – Day 5: Gratitude, Trust & Letting Go (07.10.26)

ICYMI — This Morning's 6 AM Call ✨ Manifesting Series – Day 5: Gratitude, Trust & Letting Go Today we wrapped up our five-part Manifesting Series with what may be the most important lesson of all... Do the work... and then trust the process. So often we spend our energy trying to control things we simply can't control. We want to know... ✨ When it's going to happen. ✨ How it's going to happen. ✨ Who it's going to happen with. But life rarely unfolds according to our timeline. Instead, we talked about focusing on what we can control: ✔️ Our attitude ✔️ Our effort ✔️ Our habits ✔️ Our consistency ✔️ Our faith ✔️ Our gratitude One of the biggest reminders from today: 💛 You can control your effort, but you can't control the timing. We also talked about gratitude—not as a feeling that magically appears, but as a daily practice. Gratitude isn't pretending life is perfect. It's choosing to notice what's already good while continuing to believe for what's still to come. Because when we're constantly focused on what's missing... we often miss what's already abundant. One of my favorite quotes is: "Pray like it depends on God. Work like it depends on you." That perfectly captures the balance between faith and action. We don't sit back and wait. We don't force every outcome. We do our part... and then we trust. ✨ A few reminders from this morning: * Get clear on your vision. * Become the person who can live that vision. * Take aligned action every day. * Don't let fear make your decisions. * Practice gratitude while you're waiting. * Trust that what you're planting today will grow in the right season. And finally... 🌱 The waiting isn't wasted. Sometimes it's the very season where God is preparing you for what you've been praying for. Thank you for joining us for this five-part journey. Keep dreaming boldly. Keep working faithfully. Keep trusting deeply. And don't forget to enjoy the life you're building while you're busy building it. 💛 #6AMCall #BadAssCoaching #Manifesting #Gratitude #TrustTheProcess

Manifesting Series – Day 4: Remove the Resistance (07.09.26)

✨ ICYMI — This Morning’s 6:00 AM Call ✨ Manifesting Series – Day 4: Remove the Resistance Today we talked about one of the biggest things standing between us and the life we say we want... Resistance. The truth is, our biggest obstacle usually isn't the market. It isn't the economy. It isn't the competition. More often than not... It's the story we're telling ourselves. We all hear that little voice: "What if I fail?" "What if they judge me?" "I'm not ready." "There are too many agents." "I'll start when I feel more confident." But what if those aren't facts... What if they're simply fear dressed up as truth? One of my favorite reminders from today: ✨ Fear isn't always a stop sign. Sometimes it's pointing directly toward your next breakthrough. We also talked about how resistance loves to disguise itself as "being practical." "I'll wait until Monday." "I need one more class." "I need a better camera." "I'll do it when the market improves." The problem is... perfection keeps us parked. And remember what we said yesterday: God can't steer a parked car. Today, I challenged everyone to ask a different question. Instead of asking: "What if I fail?" Ask: "What if this works?" What if this conversation changes someone's life? What if this video reaches exactly the person who needed to hear it? What if the opportunity you've been praying for is waiting on the other side of one uncomfortable decision? 💛 Today's Reminder: * Fear is part of growth. * Courage isn't the absence of fear—it's moving forward anyway. * Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. * Don't let perfection delay your purpose. * One courageous step today can change everything tomorrow. Your future isn't created by the stories that keep you stuck... It's created by the decisions that move you forward. Keep believing. Keep becoming. And don't let fear make decisions that belong to your future. We'll see you tomorrow for the final day of our Manifesting Series! ✨
