Positivity - The New Cocaine. The era in which everybody want’s to be positive but not put any action. It isn’t enough to just understand positivity, or even to believe in positivity. You need to put into action each and everyday that force of positivity, in the way you speak, the way you live, and the way you treat each other.

The Monday Mission today is all about how insecurities will be the death of you! Learning how to identify insecurities, and how we can change our mindset about insecurities. Do you know somebody that's insecure? Or somebody that truly can't identify with themselves or also tries being someone else that they aren't. Sometimes we are different versions of ourselves we start to lose our true identity.

FND 017: Delayed Gratification

In the day and age where everything is right at our fingertips, how can we learn to appreciate the process.  Learning to fall in love with the process and understanding your why. When you finally understand the plans and trust your coaching or team, things become a lot less stressful and you're able to block out the "outside noise". Focusing on the task at hand and being okay with who you are and what you're doing is the ultimate key to understanding and appreciating delayed gratification.  Artist: Logic: "Last Call"
