this episode is for the ones desiring newness in their work + desiring to be seen as fully who they are in that space. this episode is for you if you are seeking to feel seen and understood as who you are. shea and i talk about her personal and professional work and what her experience has been in the corporate environment. she also shares how she hopes and intends on changing pieces of it. // shea quinn is a human first and isn't defined by her strengths, hardships, interests or roles. one of shea's core values is living in who she was created to be, rather than trying to mold herself into something she's not. having a vertical sleeve gastrectomy in march of 2022 has contributed to this growth. her journey of self-discovery has brought a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in psychology. these days, shea is excited to be sharing her journey on instagram, youtube, the grow with shea podcast and the weighting table podcast, hopeful it will encourage others to grow with her.
