Emotion Release Series: Grief

Hello lovelies! Welcome to my Emotion Release Series! In my Emotion Release Series, we will discuss different emotions that we can easily get stuck, their place on the emotional vibrational scale and we'll talk about some EFT and how to move through stagnation. Today our emotion is grief. We all struggle with it at some point in our lives, I am not here to tell you it can be avoided because it can't life happens, but I am here to give you a tool that will help you release some energy and have more balance in your body and in your life. This topic is something that was really pivotal for me on my spiritual journey. I have dealt with the loss of my mom when I was young, I was only 19 years when she passed and a lot of death happened in like a short window of time while I was simultaneously having my first daughter who is special needs, getting married and graduating high school. Grief was something I really had to work on to like catapult everything else in my spiritual journey. The grief takes your innocence it like it switches off the carefree like the childhood wonder because it grounds you in the reality that life ends. It's not all rainbows and butterflies, the trick though it's to release the burden of carrying that grief and being able to transmute it into acceptance and appreciation and love because that's the vibration we want to sit at all the time. This can also pertain to relationships this doesn't have to be somebody actually passing on there's so many different aspects here that we're going to get into so thank you for joining me and holding space with me today.
