We sit down with former MLB left handed pitcher Tim Collins, who is now a pitching coach working with athletes in-person and remotely here in Richmond, VA.  Today we discussed how he approaches development with younger athletes, how to structure an offseason throwing program, why strength training is king with high school development, and he debuts the elements of his new pitching mentorship program!

#4 - Dr. Moose Herring and Dr. Matt Bitsko

We have combined the experience of sports surgeon Dr. Herring with the wisdom from Matt Bitsko, a PhD and licensed clinical psychologist, regarding ACL rehab and the psychology of returning to sport.  Both clinicians give some great insights about how to design the process of rehab to improve outcomes, as well as drawing on personal experiences and how they have impacted their interactions with patients over the years!
