Quarter Life Crisis: I'm Turning in my 2 Weeks Notice

You guys, I have spiraled.  After being at my jobs for almost 2 years and not enjoying it anymore.  I'm gonna turn in my 2 weeks notice... it is terrifying but it's gonna end up being great.  Right?... Relate with me on all the confusing things on life, figuring out how to end a job and find a new one. I would've had this out Monday and even recorded it but the video was giving me trouble!

Expectations Set You up for Disappointment With "Thanks, I'm anxious!"

I am so excited to have gotten to chat with the "Thanks, I'm Anxious!" ladies!  We talk about how expectations can set you up for disappointment... Now that might sound really sad at first glance.  But what I mean by that can be simple or big things.  Maybe this new coffee that come out you've been dying to try it and it ends up being so gross!  Or how the media portrays relationships, maybe you have an expectation of being married by 24.  Maybe you have an expectation of you have to go to college and it's gonna be the best time ever.  It can set the bar high..
