Episode 7 : Isabella Stewart Gardner Heist

In this lovely episode we cover the Isabella Stewart Gardner museum heist, which is America's largest private property heist and one of the biggest art heists in the history. Thirteen works of art, valued at over $2,000,000 USD total, vanished in the early hours of March 18th 1990 and have never been found. Episode 6 : Battle Of North Hollywood

The Battle of North Hollywood is known as the "Most Violent Bank Robbery in American History". Two bank robbers, Larry Eugene Phillips, Jr. and Emil Mătăsăreanu wore full body armor, carried modified fully automatic AK-47 variants, and proceeded to rob a Bank of America in North Hollywood on February 28, 1997. Over 2,000 rounds were exchanged in the bloody shootout between the bank robbers and police. The siege raged on for 44 minutes before both men were finally subdued. The bizarre real-life story of the pizza guy who robbed a bank with a bomb around his neck on Aug. 28, 2003. A 46-year-old pizza delivery man strutted into a bank in Erie, Pennsylvania, armed with a shotgun modified to look like a walking cane and handed the teller a note demanding $250,000 in cash. Listen to how it all unfolds in this episode.
