Episode 001: Welcome to the Podcast In today's episode, Chase introduces herself and shares her life story. She talks about her 15-year journey as a competitive gymnast and how she filled the void after leaving the sport. Chase turned to CrossFit, weightlifting, and running, and she explains her fitness journey from the beginning to now. Chase's social media journey started in high school and grew into something she never imagined. During this time, she faced the challenges of becoming an adult and went through a difficult breakup. This experience motivated her to start fresh and move across the country by herself. She moved from a small town in the Midwest to two big cities in Texas, marking the biggest change of her life. Now living in Texas, Chase has graduated from college, started her career, and got her puppy, Duke. Her passion for health and wellness remains strong, and she continues to help others become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
