Over the past several months, we have been taking a look at the COVID pandemic and how it’s affected female business leaders throughout the world. In this episode, we’ll be trying something different. As the world has stopped these last few months, and I’m sure we all know of people, of friends and family who have lost their jobs.  I’m going to talk about something more upbeat, “How to land a VC job in Latin America? with my fellow investor/friend Andres Rivero from Mexico City.

Episode 10 - Erika Gil, Winko

ALLIN Women Starters Podcast is back and considering the global pandemic at the moment, we have decided to tweak the focus of our podcast a little, to feature a more universal view of how the current situation has affected female founders & investors across the world. Until things are back to normal, we will be featuring ladies hailing from several tech hubs across the world, from Singapore, Berlin, New York City, San Francisco and of course Mexico City to hear from their perspective on what's happening, ask them some questions about their business, and how their country is doing given the situation. Our 2nd episode under the COVID edition features my conversation with Erika Gil, Founder, and CEO of Winko, a snack company that uses grasshoppers to make its delicious, high protein, baked chips.
