Quarantine from the Corona virus had me going insane so I wrote a poem and am sharing it is unedited

This is a shorter episode but really upfront about the media and news how they start the process of fear. Some things we can do when we are struggling with anxiety and depression contimplating self harm or have suicide ideation, listen in there are solutions to problems in this and creative ideas to help yourself or weather the storm.
