This one’s about silence. Why it sometimes feels like guilt, why it makes me uncomfortable and why I’m trying to stop explaining myself just to fill the space. I talk about the urge to respond immediately, the anxiety that shows up when I don’t, and how silence can feel loaded even when nothing is actually wrong. I don’t really have a point or a solution. This is a short ramble about how exhausting it is trying to explain your experience to people who already decided you’re dishonest just because your path looks different. No examples. No over explaining. Just something that’s been on my mind.
