There are a few important things I have learned since I started my healing and growing journey. I have learned that 'no' is an acceptable answer, in order to keep moving, physical movement is needed, no matter how much I want to quit, quitting is not an option. I have reminded myself I have made it this far, and that is something to be proud of because I could still be on square one. And lastly, whatever the haters say is just noise, they aren't willing to change, so they can't judge me. This week's song is "Spotless Mind" by Jhené Aiko reminding us to embrace change because it is inevitable. Remember, tell yourself are proud of you.
