Seeing the Whole of Reality (Ephesians 1:15-23)

When we limit "heaven" to a far-off, future destination, we miss the mind-blowing truth that we have full access to the heavenly places right now in Jesus Christ. Paul’s prayer for the Ephesian church is a desperate plea for vision—that the eyes of our hearts would be enlightened to fully comprehend what is already ours. When our spiritual vision is restored, it radically shifts how we view three things:Our Hope: Understanding that the determining factor of our lives is no longer our past mistakes or future worries, but Christ’s victorious past, present, and future. Our Value: Realizing the staggering truth that we are counted as God’s treasured inheritance, and that He genuinely delights in us despite our flaws. Our Power: Tapping into the exact same immeasurable, resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead and seated Him far above every cosmic and earthly authority. Ultimately, we learn that heaven is the "control center" for the earth. Jesus has won a definitive cosmic victory, and He has chosen to display the fullness of that victory directly through His body—the church. This leaves no room for a localized, "individualistic" version of Christianity. To follow Jesus means to actively live in the power of His resurrection alongside His people, transforming how we approach every single moment of our lives. 🖥️ Learn more at ashlandcc.net📱 Stay connected with us on Facebook and Instagram!Subscribe for more sermons and share to encourage others!#Ephesians1 #WholeOfReality #ResurrectionPower #ChurchTriumphant #TheControlCenter #AshlandCommunityChurch

Blessed Beyond Measure (Ephesians 1:1-14)

In this message from Ephesians 1:1–14, we launch a new series through the book of Ephesians by asking a foundational question: What does it truly mean to be blessed by God? Pastor Casey McCall challenges our shallow, cultural definitions of blessings—which we often limit to material wealth or a distant ticket to heaven—and reveals the staggering, multi-dimensional reality of what we possess in Christ. By unpacking Paul’s monumental opening declaration, we discover that God has already lavished believers with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places. Through a beautiful flyover of five distinct gospel realities, we see how the story of the church completely fulfills and reimagines the ultimate story of Israel: Election: Chosen before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless. Adoption: Predestined to be brought into God’s forever family as legal heirs through His immense love. Redemption: Set entirely free from the bondage of our sin through the blood of Jesus. Revelation: Granted the grace to see and know the mystery of God's cosmic will. Inheritance: Sealed with the promised Holy Spirit as an absolute guarantee of our future glory. Ultimately, this passage gives us a brand-new identity and a new story. If you are in Christ, everything that belongs to Jesus now belongs to you. It is time to stop living on a restricted, "poor grace" budget and step fully into the victory and explosive love that Christ has already purchased for your daily life. 🖥️ Learn more at ashlandcc.net📱 Stay connected with us on Facebook and Instagram!Subscribe for more sermons and share to encourage others!#Ephesians1 #BlessedBeyondMeasure #TheChurchTriumphant #InChrist #NewIdentity #AshlandCommunityChurch

The Lord's Prayer (John 17:20-23) | #TrinitySunday

In this message from John 17:20–23, we observe Trinity Sunday by leaning in to listen to the actual "Lord's Prayer" spoken on the eve of His crucifixion. Pastor Logan Armstrong reminds us that in these critical moments, Jesus wasn't just praying for Himself or His immediate disciples—He explicitly called out to the Father on behalf of you and me. The message highlights three crucial areas emphasized in Jesus' prayer for the future church:Oneness: Jesus prays for a deep, experiential unity among believers that mirrors the eternal, perfectly unified relationship between the Father and the Son. This oneness is not passive; it requires an active commitment from every member to guard doctrine, act in love, and protect the family of God. Glory: Though we enter a relationship with Christ having nothing to offer but our own sin and brokenness, Jesus completely covers us and shares His eternal, divine glory with His people. The World: The ultimate end-game of the church's unity is a global witness. Jesus intends for the nations to witness the supernatural love of His people so that the world may believe and know that the Father sent the Son. As we wrap up our "Ends of the Earth" missions week, we can find ultimate peace knowing that our success does not rely on worldly structures or political power. Our standing is secure because the triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—is entirely devoted to us, and Jesus Christ continues to intercede for us at the Father's right hand at this very moment. 🖥️ Learn more at ashlandcc.net📱 Stay connected with us on Facebook and Instagram!Subscribe for more sermons and share to encourage others!#John17 #TheLordsPrayer #TrinitySunday #ChristianUnity #EndsOfTheEarth #AshlandCommunityChurch
