The event is a major fundraiser for Wentworth Falls Public School. Artfest is an annual weekend arts and crafts fair that celebrates the talents of around 100 local and regional Australian artists and artisans. This year’s featured artist and ceramicist is Lesley Tarlinton.  Purchase quality artworks and handcrafts at affordable prices – just in time for Christmas!  Creative workshops for adults and children, face painting, entertainment and the opportunity to win great raffle prizes. Opening: 2pm 9th November 2019 and runs until 1st December 2019Hours: 12:00 – 3:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday.Entry fee: Adult $5 and Children: $1 About: The exhibition is curated by Miriam Williamson, and funded by the Blue Mountains City Council, City of Arts Trust, Birdland invites four local artists to develop works in response to the bird specimen collections held by the Museum.  In 1943 Ward moved to the Blue Mountains and opened his Gallery of Natural History and Native Art in a long, narrow fibro building at the Hydro Majestic Hotel, Medlow Bath. On his death, his collection was divided between the Australian Museum and the Mt Victoria Museum.
