We also talk about checking ourselves through these hard times, and staying accountable while simultaneously letting things go and play out as they're supposed to.

Bad B’s Are Sometimes A Mess

Today's episode is a lot more raw. The point of the podcast is to let people know what working on yourself is actually like. Sometimes rather than rainbows and butterflies, it's breakdowns and mess. Lately its been the latter for me. Both are part of the process, and part of the whole point of life, if you ask me. You need the lows to appreciate the highs. Roll with the punches and have patience with yourself.
