It is only day 4 of the Trump administration and I don't know about you, but I am exhausted already. And overwhelmed. In this episode, I share my thoughts on what looks to be a blitzkrieg of distractions and how to feel like part of the solution while keeping up with your actual life.

Our Founding Fathers believed that the key to proper governance was through "civic virtue" -- every day citizens participating in discussion and debate on a local level to solve problems and find compromise on important issues. We have become so polarized, and on the day the 47th President is inaugurated into what many believe will be an olicharcic autocracy, it is more important than ever to connect and share our thoughts, fears, concerns and plans. So I'll start. And I hope you will join me in this discussion as we find a way to find our wings and keep hope as we rise again into a better future for all Americans.
