Castin' - What do you do when you feel a friendship drifting apart? Three friends, Julian, David, and Alex faced this very issue and decided the only way to fight the drift was forcing weekly hangouts with each other. Everyone bailed on those plans... for two years. So the new plan was a weekly podcast, forcing each other to be in the same place, at the same time, with audio evidence of the hang. Since we couldn’t come up with an original podcast idea, we decided to try out other podcasts, hoping to find the perfect format for the group hangout. Along the way we will rate foodstuffs, bring in other friends to laugh at bad movies, talk politics, hear about Lorne Michaels, and maybe even free a wrongfully incarcerated teen. With Castin’, every week is not only a new adventure in format, it’s a new chapter of friendship.
