So you thought you had a very deep and real connection with this guy. But the vibes changed. Something feels off. Maybe he’s not treating you like he did, the love bombing has drawn to a close. Maybe he’s run out of stamina for the chase. Or maybe he’s straight up done something catastrophic, like lie to you and then gaslight you about it. Now you are left reeling: Does he like me still? What are we? What did I do wrong? Was what we had real or am I crazy? Did he really do me dirty or am I asking for too much? Am I too much? How do I fix this? Should I walk away? I think I should walk away but I feel like if he gives me a scrap of attention I’ll go running back? How can I be strong right now?
