It’s the curiosity, the quest for knowledge that begins the transformation. We don’t know how one decision can change our lives. The decision to follow our curiosity as when we do decide to do something different, a whole new world of possibilities arises. We need to be comfortable with not knowing the outcome, but still following our desires. So, let’s explore ways that we can be more curious: Ask questions - Especially open-ended questions where we actually have no idea where the answer will come from. Ask lots of questions and don’t be afraid. Ask for help - We can learn more from others. If you want your career to move in one direction, you can ask for advice from people in that field. People love talking about themselves and what they do, so don’t be afraid to reach out to other humans Never get bored - I know that when I start to feel bored, it’s time to start learning something new. Don’t be afraid to say I dont know - even if you're talking to a client, it’s better, to be honest and to want to find out the right answer than to pretend you have the answer. Especially if you really dont know - just say so! Love to learn - Enjoy the thrill of reading about something new. Enjoy the process without questioning what’s the point Find joy in your curiosity - Following your curiosity can also be considered a form of self-care. When you explore something that is of interest to you, you’re investing in yourself. Do it with joy and ease instead of making it feel like a burden.

And, they say that change doesnt come until things get really bad. Things for me got really bad when I was 6 months pregnant. I hated working in what I was doing, yet I had already started my marketing business. Since I had income coming in, I didnt focus 100% on growing my marketing business. Yet, when I suddenly lost my main source of income, that’s when I had no choice, and to go full-force into developing a digital marketing agency. Looking back now, it’s clear that this is where I was meant to be all along. 1. Have faith 2. Trust the process 3. Know your core values 4. Focus on being in service 5. Try a new restaurant I’m always searching google maps for new restaurants when I’m travelling. For some reason, I dont do this enough when I am in my own hometown. By trying new restaurants and experiencing new cultures, you can really gain a fresh perspective. 2. Visit a friend at the other end of the city If you're going to go to a park, hiking, or shopping, let your friend choose the destination. Getting out of your own neighbourhood allows you to get out of your comfort zone in a small way, that can make a big difference. Experience a different rhythm without all the logistics of travelling. 3. Be spontaneous I love to just walk different streets. Walk around without a real destination. Be open to the world around you. I recommend walking instead of driving because it's through walking that you really get to experience your environment. Go with the flow and just see what happens. 4. Disconnect - leave your phone at home. Talk to people. Drive or walk without a real destination. Just leave your phone somewhere else so you can be free. Tap into your true potential by being mindful about disconnecting from your smartphone. 5. Spend time alone. Visit a local museum, restaurant, park, or anywhere. Just go alone as it’s so powerful to go within. Get ready to be refreshed by spending time alone. You can seriously raise your vibration through new experiences, alone. For so long I wanted to run away and travel. That’s what my book is all about. I still feel the need to gain new perspective and travel, but not as much. I can do things within my own city to give me that same sense of aliveness without booking a flight. I hate routines. My soul wouldn't let me work a 9-5 job. I am so lucky that I followed my intuition to be an entrepreneur. Instead, I thrive from being a soul-led, creative entrepreneur.
