Civil War (pt.1)

We are going to dive into the beginning of the Civil War. Fought in the United States, this confrontation was battled between the Northern states loyal to the Union and the Southern states that seceded from the Union. The southern states referred to themselves as the Confederate States of America. From there we will continue to discuss the factors that lead to the initial desire for succession. This is only part one, so we will stop before we get all the way through the war and discuss key figures in part two as well as the results of this conflict.
