REPORT TRANSCRIPT: COLIN HASKINS:  Federal arts and culture funding is in limbo. And for local cultural organizations, that means critical projects are on hold. At Pasadena's Armory Center for the Arts Director Leslie Ito says, A curriculum designed to bring outdoor art and science education to young students has stalled LESLIE ITO: There will be nobody to receive our invoices. And review and then push the button, send the money, right? COLIN HASKINS: For the Skid Row History Museum and Archive, the impact is devastating. I talked to Pamela Miller, the museum's Chief operating Officer about the cuts. PAMELA MILLER: So we've done the work and spent the money, and now we're told we're not going to be reimbursed. COLIN HASKINS: Despite the funding freeze, Miller says the show must go on even without the guarantee of getting paid.
