Creator to Creators S7 Ep 96 Aprena Bloou

Spotify [https://open.spotify.com/artist/6uxl0aYDKGK2hJtqOfvHRv] Youtube [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVN3E_MgSzU] Instagram [https://www.instagram.com/aprenabloou/] Facebook [https://www.facebook.com/aprenabloou1?mibextid=wwXIfr&rdid=zfz9fjwzH0KAxxwH&share_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fshare%2F1AzSxawv5v%2F%3Fmibextid%3DwwXIfr] Bio Texas neo-soul singer Aprena Bloou is bringing undeniable heat with her sultry single “Volcano,” and she has no plans of slowing down. Blending soulful guitar, deep bass, and smooth, layered vocals, the track captures an intense, steamy energy that reflects her bold artistic style. Created quickly and organically, the song came to life in Austin’s Spitshine Studios, where she teamed up with producer Dutch Boy to shape its polished sound.Born Aprena Dimone Stodghill in Germany and raised across Alabama, her Southern roots shine through in both her voice and storytelling. Her stage name was inspired by her mother’s salon, where her now-signature blue hair earned her the name “Bloou.”Now based in Austin, Aprena is a dedicated single mother of five who channels her real-life experiences into music that is soulful, expressive, and unapologetically authentic. Fully hands-on in her career, she takes creative control of everything from production to visuals, building her brand on independence and vision.Influenced by artists like Erykah Badu, Prince, and The-Dream, Aprena creates genre-fluid music rooted in truth. Whether she’s exploring personal growth or passionate love, her mission remains the same: to inspire others especially single parents to keep chasing their dreams and stay true to their journey. Creator to Creators S7 Ep 95 Matt Axton

https://mattaxton.com [https://mattaxton.com] BioIf you live in the United States, there’s a good chance that Matt Axton and his band, Badmoon, will be coming to a town near you. That is a very good thing. Axton’s group delivers a sound that is equal parts classic rock, country, rock & roll, and soul. In other words, as Axton puts it: “Americana with a capital A.” With 200+ shows performed last year, and a full slate on deck for 2026, they might be the hardest working band in the genre. Now comes the release of Axton’s newest EP, Same Old Story. Recorded in Los Angeles at iconic Sunset Sound, it features five songs combining funk, soul, and country and is available on streaming platforms and on vinyl. “Muscle Chops” is the lead single. An opening funky rhythm guitar intro leads into a guitar/bass/drums/organ riff that sounds tighter than a brand new pair of cowboy boots. Axton’s baritone voice is a deep growl. You got some voodoo on your mojo You got something funky up on your soul A Hammond-B3 organ solo comes on like Al Kooper after the second chorus, fingers dancing and building to a climax, followed by Taylor Kropp’s screaming lead guitar in the middle eight. This is a band fully prepared to rock the house. That Axton leads a band of killer musicians is not a surprise to anyone who has followed the singer-songwriter’s career. His family’s musical pedigree is untouchable. Grandma Mae Boren Axton helped discover Elvis Presley and co-wrote the million-selling “Heartbreak Hotel,” moving to Nashville where she helped launch the careers of titans like Willie Nelson and Garth Brooks. His father, Hoyt Axton, was an entertainment icon penning hits for the Kingston Trio, Three Dog Night, Steppenwolf, and Ringo Starr. His mother is also a professional musician, and when Hoyt’s band toured the country it was a family affair. Matt says, “Mom had me sitting on the piano since I was a baby.” Suffice it to say that Matt Axton grew up steeped in music, but that doesn’t mean he takes hard work for granted. He says, “I come from a legacy family, but you still have to walk the walk.” Walk the walk he does. He started playing the guitar seriously in college following an injury that ended a college athletic career. Since then, Axton has written over 350 songs. A few of these are likely to appear on an upcoming full-length album, planned for a week-long recording session later this year in Tulsa. Axton and Badmoon have just completed a West Coast tour, and are soon to hit the road again for Oklahoma for a residency at The Colony and a week-long recording session. April kicks off a swing up into the Mountain West, including Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon. In August and September the band goes to Nashville and the Northeast. If it sounds like a busy schedule, there’s more: Axton also runs the monthly Americana Joy concert series in Los Angeles and the annual Tahoe Joy music festival in his home town of Tahoe City. But there’s no rest for the wicked, nor for musicians trying to improve the world by spreading mountain soul rock and roll from coast to coast, one listener at a time. Axton says, “Making any kind of impact in the world — making it a little better, a little better- sounding — that’s the dream.” Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/creator-to-creators-with-meosha-bean--4460322/support [https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/creator-to-creators-with-meosha-bean--4460322/support?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=rss].

Creator to Creators S7 Ep 94 TheDONRRRM

apple [https://music.apple.com/us/album/dont-go/1821136490?i=1821136491] Youtube [https://www.youtube.com/@THEDONRRRM] Bio  THEDONRRRM is a Virginia born singer, rapper, and producer driven by three core elements real, raw, and rare. True to his name, THEDONRRRM creates music rooted in authenticity, with lyrics drawn from lived experience, unfiltered emotion, and the complexities of real life. His sound is both raw and refined, blending melodic, hypnotic hooks with a deep, gruff rap delivery. Sonically, he pushes boundaries, moving effortlessly between trap, R&B, and Brazilian funk inspired rhythms. These elements come to life on his single “DON’T GO,” a standout track from his debut album Call Me After You Hear This. Built on a Latin infused Brazilian funk bounce, the record opens with smooth, vulnerable melodies that capture the emotional weight of a fading relationship. As the track unfolds, a duality emerges, his softer vocal presence giving way to a grounded baritone rap voice shaped by ambition and distance, caught between love and the pursuit of success. Born Donovan Bennett in Richmond, Virginia, THEDONRRRM was introduced to music early by his father, a DJ who helped him build his first home studio. By high school, he was already recording, mixing, and mastering not only for himself, but for other artists as well. Embracing his distinct identity from his sound to his appearance, THEDONRRRM stands out in a genre that often demands conformity. Of Scottish, Irish, and Welsh descent, he openly acknowledges the scrutiny that can come with not fitting the typical mold and uses it as fuel. “There’s definitely an aspect of having to prove myself,” he says. “But I don’t shy away from it. It excites me.” Beyond his artistry, THEDONRRRM is an accomplished mixing and mastering engineer, with credits including the 4x platinum single “Party Girl” by StaySolidRocky. Operating out of his Richmond based In The Lair Studios, he has built a reputation for elevating the sound of others while now turning his full focus toward his own evolution as an artist. With new visuals, live performances, and East Coast appearances on the horizon, THEDONRRRM is stepping fully into his moment, delivering music that is honest, intentional, and impossible to ignore. Real. Raw. Rare. Creator to Creators S7 Ep 93 Jana Nirvana

Instagram: @drjananirvana BioBorn in Upper Silesia in the Czech Republic and raised in Germany, I have always lived between cultures, languages, and dimensions of perception. My artistic journey began early, with my first exhibitions in art galleries along the Côte d'Azur in France as early as the year 2000. Back then, I never imagined that art would one day become my vocation. Life, however, had its own plans for me. After pursuing a different path in academia including research and teaching projects acrossEurope I earned my Ph.D. in History at Leibniz University Hannover in early 2020. Just as the world stood still during the first lockdown, something within me came alive. I began painting again, this time simply for survival—for peace of mind. Painting on the streets with fellow creatives, I realized that art wasn’t just a passion it was a lifeline, a healing portal. That moment changed everything. Since then, my art has evolved into a deeply personal form of energy work and self-healing. Ibegan combining painting with meditative practices, tapping into a method that allowed me to access a deep inner stillness, no matter how chaotic the world around me became. Whatstarted as a private process soon became a shared experience—others joined me in painting sessions and discovered their own portals to release, clarity, and healing. Without planning it, Quantum Healing became the essence of my art. My works began to attract international attention, and I was invited to exhibit in cities all over the world like in Berlin, London, New York, Las Vegas, Dubai, Zurich and others. I have shared my vision in interviews, including on German television, and co-authored a book with global thought leader Marie Diamond from The Secret, reflecting on the transformative power of creativity and consciousness. In 2025, I initiated Souls United in Art (SUIA) a global book project dedicated to celebrating the voices, visions, and healing journeys of artists from all continents. As the editor and visionary behind the project, I bring together creators, whose art is rooted in soul, resistance, and transformation. The book is both a collective artwork and a movement: a space for truth- telling, spiritual remembrance, and radical empowerment. SUIA has already inspired international interest and media coverage, and is set to become a milestone in contemporary art and soul awakening. My visual language consists of spiritual abstractions—vibrational paintings charged with energy, intention, and a connection to the Quantum Field. Each piece is an invitation to reconnect with the highest self, to remember our true power, and to transcend the illusion of separation. My art does not distract from pain it transforms it. Art, for me, is a sacred act. I believe that creativity is a portal into healing and awakening, and I feel deeply called to share this path with others hrough my paintings, my sessions, and now also through the voices of many artists in Souls United in Art. www.jananirvana.com Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/creator-to-creators-with-meosha-bean--4460322/support [https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/creator-to-creators-with-meosha-bean--4460322/support?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=rss].
