Did I Say That Out Loud?
We're all juggling a lot - motherhood, work, relationships, our health, our expectations - and somehow we have convinced ourselves that dropping the ball means we are failing. In this first episode I am talking about the pressure to do it all, the mental load we carry and why it is okay to actually drop some balls - or throw them away completely! This isn't about fixing yourself or doing even more, it's about grace, honesty and remembering that you are doing so much better than you think!
