You have to be willing to be uncomfortable until things get to be a little more tolerable. In this episode I will talk about mental health and ways I believe you can work towards improving yours. I will discuss the power of believing in yourself and the importance of having discipline to get the things you want in life. Towards the end I will talk more about how training for my half marathon has been going. Feedback from listeners is greatly appreciated.
