Where, how, what, and when. Washburn County has four drop-off centers alone, and they all have the same requirements: recyclable materials have to be clean, fit the profile, and also fit the requirements. The service is free unless it has a plug. There is a minimum charge for those items which then covers the cost for NWRPC has to pay to send them on. Senator Tiffany has served as Senator for Wisconsin's 12th district since 2012, and previously as state representative for the 35th Assembly district.
