eCom Sessions
This is part 1 of our interview with Mark, who heads up digital and e-commerce at Heals. Mark will share his experiences of getting a huge budget (est.50% increase) signed off by the board. This journey spanned several months and took at least three attempts to get sign-off. Mark shares what he learned at each stage and the feedback/insights he received at each stage. In Part 2, we'll discuss customer retention and loyalty.
