kinda rough but we're learning! a little intro to egg backwards + stories behind all of this weeks dishes. we talk about making a roux, stirring caramel, and spend a bunch of time talking about how our parents cook and how that has influenced us today. hooray!

rough cut teaser?

this is the very very initial cut of what the final produced podcast may sound like. cut together from recordings made while we cooked and explained how the dishes in the first menu came to be. listen for the story of the dirt cup kit, chicken pot pie, and szechuan style black bean sauce green beans, plus a few fun anecdotes. hopefully this is an idea of what the audio portion of this project will be, with much better production and improved storytelling skills on our part. get excited?
