Jake Ibbetson serves as Head of School at Veritas Christian Academy in O'Fallon, Missouri. He has been at Veritas since 2012, serving first as a middle school teacher then principal before stepping into his current role. Originally from Australia, Jake has been involved in Christian education for two decades on two continents. He lives in St. Louis with his wife Amy and their young son Oliver.

He is an author of over 12 publications, including the three volumes of Multiplying Jesus, Church Planting By Making Disciple-Makers, and a 2024 Lausanne IV Congress white paper contributor. Dr. Fretwell’s passion lies in equipping others to lead with authenticity, innovation, and a gospel-centered focus, making an impact in their communities and beyond.

Traver Boehm is the author of the books “Today I Rise” and “Man UNcivilized“. He’s a two-time TEDx speaker, men’s coach, and the founder of the UNcivilized Men’s Movement. He’s helped men all over the world to become UNcivilized as they wake up to the power of their hearts, the brilliance of their bodies, and the wisdom of their souls so they can blaze their own path by uniquely blending both the primal and the divine within them. He is dedicated to doing his part to help end the suffering in men, and the suffering caused by men, by guiding them through their own journey into an actualized version of masculinity.

Jeff serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Volunteers of America Northern Rockies (VOANR). He joined the organization in August 2001. Under his leadership, VOANR has grown from a revenue base of one million dollars to one that today exceeds $40 Million in services. He leads a professional staff of more than 475 individuals in Wyoming, Montana and Western South Dakota. Under Jeff’s leadership the organization continues to remain focused on the impact of its mission. His professional passion is building organizations through empowered leadership that embraces a social entrepreneurial spirit through the passionate delivery of human services. Personal interests are spending time with family and enjoying outdoor activities such as bird hunting and fishing.
