Beschrijving

This Easter message celebrates Jesus as the true King revealed in the Gospel of Matthew - misunderstood, rejected, crucified, yet ultimately victorious through His resurrection. The sermon highlights how Jesus is not a king like the world expects, but one with ultimate authority over sin and death, who brings real freedom, peace, and forgiveness. Through His death and resurrection, He invites us into a personal relationship with Him - offering grace instead of judgment and calling us to respond in faith, worship, and trust in the risen King.

Spring Gift Campaign 2026: Youth with Maddy Plant

This Spring Gift Campaign is all about strengthening our church. In this episode, Matt is joined by Maddy Plant, who serves our Youth work across our sites. We have a team of 40+ people serving our youth week to week, and it is so rewarding to see young people grow strong in their faith, even becoming youth leaders themselves! We're raising money this gift campaign to help send them to Newday, a week long youth festival at the end of July. Transportation, Food, Marquees, and subsidising tickets means that we invest thousands of pounds into this week - but the spiritual work that God does, and building of the church is so worth it!
