The past can be uplifting and empowering by sharing our stories or testimonies. The past leads to the future and some tips on how to deal with those who can't move on from our past such as who we used to be. EP 4 - Me time!

Hey! We are back with this new episode, Me time! All this hard work, dealing with life in general ask yourself, "What have I done for ME lately?" This episode talks about ways to give back to yourself, self-love, reset and appreciate all that you do by rewarding yourself. Tami shares some of her experiences of "me time," and hopes to empower and enlighten you to add or increase "me time" for yourself so that you can continue to manage life by sharing positivity with others whether it is family, friends or others in life. This episode talks about how important it is to show love and appreciate the space and time for yourself so that we can keep moving and handling responsibilities that we have in life.
