Claire-Aude’s story explores how life gradually teaches us to listen. In her mid-forties, while working with a regression practitioner, Claire-Aude discovered she had originally been a twin. The revelation explained many of the signs and feelings she had experienced throughout her life, including a sense that she was somehow living for two. During the session, she also had a profound experience of her energy being "zipped" back together, leaving her with a deep feeling of wholeness. The death of her father brought a profound moment of grief that she had little time or space to process. Instead, she began finding small ways to care for herself — even something as simple as smiling at strangers in the street became a quiet act of healing. Eventually, however, the body spoke more loudly. Years of pushing through exhaustion and stress culminated in a serious health crisis that brought everything to a halt. Hospitalisation, surgery, and a later cancer diagnosis became a powerful turning point. During that period she returned to something she had known since childhood — the understanding that the mind and body are deeply connected, and that healing begins when we truly listen. Over time she restored her health and rebuilt her life with different priorities. Today she works as an energy healer and tarot reader, supporting others in reconnecting with their own capacity for healing. Janine’s story explores the connection between illness, neurodivergence, and self-reconnection. For many years, she was trying to be the perfect version of everything — striving, performing, and attempting to live up to expectations that never truly reflected who she was. Beneath this effort, she experienced deep stress, a constant sense of not being good enough, and feelings of judgment from others. Over time, this internal pressure led to anger, disconnection, and a diagnosis of social anxiety disorder. A significant turning point came when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition accompanied by severe pain. This experience led her to explore the relationship between the mind, body, and spirit, and to recognise how disconnected she had become from her true nature. Through reconnecting with herself, replacing old beliefs, and learning to cultivate self-love, she began to experience profound changes in both her emotional and physical wellbeing — eventually recovering to the point of no longer needing medication.
