And to be clear, I’m not saying these things are automatically bad. I think the issue comes when they become the only way we spend our free time or when they are used to cope with life. That’s when things like low energy, increased self doubt, lack of motivation, and even relationship struggles can start to arise. We get into all of this in the episode!
