Luckily, they will provide helpful or maybe not so helpful tips to get through a sickness. Then somehow, their discussion takes a turn into how sometimes we all can "lay it on" a little too thick in a normal social interaction. Find out how to keep cool in these situations and thresholds for "appropriate". Whats a good cast without a what if scenario? Would you do it and if so why or why not? You be the judge?!
