Hi everyone! It has been a couple of months since the last episode, and I have spent this time really leaning into my self-love and growth journey! I have moved to a new city, started a new job, made new friends, and dedicated myself to showing up authentically as I figure out who I really am. 02. From One Frances to Another: Grandma's Story

In this episode, I am joined by one of my favorite people on the planet, my Grandma Frances. Frances C. James grew up in "The Backyard". She and her mother lived in the servant's quarters of a wealthy white family in the Jim Crow South in the 1940s. Here she is 81 years later to share her story and her perspective on money, rushing through life, the value of education, and how she persevered through life's toughest moments. It's an honor to share her name, I promise you won't want to miss this!
