We are also meant to enjoy all areas of our lives - relationships, jobs, health/wellness, hobbies and more. It sounds so simple, maybe even too simple. But the more you can enjoy your life, the more opportunities to enjoy life come into your awareness. What you don't know, you can't fix

Most of my spiritual journey was a struggle because I was missing the foundations and the understandings of how things truly work in our universe. One of the most simple and basic foundations that we miss is awareness. Where our attention goes, our energy follows. But if we are not aware of the flow of our energy (our thoughts and emotions) then we are powerless to fix what we are creating. Awareness is the first step to being able to shift, to change, to up-level. But most the time, we skip over the foundations because we believe they are too simple to truly work. What I have learned over and over again though is that the foundations are everything. And what you don't know, you can't fix. You Were Built Perfectly

You were built perfectly. Your soul built you perfectly....down to the freckles on your nose, the way you laugh, your humor, your life experiences, your struggles. Every part of you and your life was chosen with precision. Understanding and embodying this concept is the key to unlocking unconditional self love. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know...I have found this to be true more times than not. This past week plus, I had a massive breakthrough in what I had been missing with the Law of Reflections and why my perfection wound was holding me back from understanding the true purpose of reflections in my life. Reflections illuminate where we are holding ourselves back with limiting beliefs. Because the truth is, we are limitless but we have been told over and over again where are lacking or where we are not enough.
