Al partied with his friends and got to experiment with weed Cocaine and hallucinogens. Getting deep into alcoholism Al gave up drinking in 1991 but substituted with meth in moderation. At the age of 51 with his life falling apart and willing to devote himself fully into recovery starting going to treatment, Al has been sober for over 20 years! Bre Owens mom convicted

I have my friend Bre on the podcast . She talks about growing up in southern Utah and her struggles with addiction / alcoholism , codependency and mental health. She moved to San Diego to get clean after some attempts in recovery. After being the heroin housewife she decided to fully commit into recovery hitting a spiritual bottom coming back from a relapse after being sober for 3 years.
