Get It Off Your Chest
This episode was so great and something I wanted to get off my chest because of where I am at in life right now. I wanted to share with everyone some self care tips that I've been using to help my mental health and overall wellness. I talk about how many people are suffering in the US today and who is most likely to experience mental health issues. Most of all we talk about getting help for our issues and resolving them in a healthy manner.
