Summer School - Week 2 - David & Goliath - June 7th

SCRIPTURE: 1 Samuel 17, James 3:2-5, Proverbs 18:10-21 BIG IDEA: The Bible teaches us that life and death are in the power of the tongue. The words that we speak reveal the direction of our lives because they reveal what is in our hearts. David knew in his heart that His God was faithful and true so he stood on God's word for victory. You and I have the same opportunity to choose life and death by believing in God and declaring with our mouth the power and faithfulness of God.

Summer School- Week 1- The Exodus- May 31st, 2026

BIG IDEA: This true, historical event found in Exodus directly tells the message of the Gospel and informs two of our most sacred practices as the Christian Church. Rather than delivery from one location to another, we are delivered from sin and death into a promised life with Jesus. We celebrate this through baptism and communion which mirrors the Red Sea crossing and the Passover meal. SCRIPTURE: Exodus 1-15

STORIES - May 17th, 2026 - Blake Williamson

SCRIPTURE: Ephesians 2:1-10, Romans 12:1-2, John 5:2-6, Luke 14:25-26, Luke 9:23-24 BIG IDEA: Jesus is not only the Author of your story, He is the center of it. Your life story is being crafted by Christ to tell the story of Christ's great redemptive work for you. The question that we have to answer is, "how is your life reflecting the redemptive work of Jesus?"

STORIES - Mother's Day - May 10, 2026

SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 12:2, Romans 8:28, Luke 7:11-17 BIG IDEA: Your life is already telling a story, but Jesus wants to become the Author of it. Even the broken, painful, and seemingly hopeless chapters can be redeemed when we fix our eyes on Him and trust Him with control. A story worth telling begins when we surrender the pen to Jesus and allow Him to turn our pain into purpose.
