We're back from Cairns 70.3 and still recovering in what can only be described as being the best kind of tired. In this episode, we unpack our race week, from coffee shop rituals and taper runs to wild swim conditions, gusty bike legs and everything that made race day memorable. We discuss the realities of racing when conditions aren't perfect, what we're proud of, and the mindset shifts that helped us get the most out of the day as well as everything we love about race week, and sharing the experience with friends and our respective clubs!
