From trying to find a new job, moving across country, and trying to completely focus on my podcast, I started to lose myself in the process. Finally regaining my focus, and giving my energy to what means the most to me right now... which is myself <3.

Avoiding Situationships

I have stunted my own growth on multiple occasions from allowing certain people to drain my energy. It is so important when you are finding yourself, and especially when you're healing to be conservative with your time, and energy. This episode really highlights how situationships start, how badly it ends and, learning to point out red flags the first time they pop up.

I would describe this weeks episode to be more like a vent session. Being in your 20s is already hard to navigate, it's so important to have good people around you who genuinely want to see you win, and who care about you in general.
