In this episode, Mr. B. sits down with Kevin Hesslen, the newly hired superintendent for the Alma School District.  Mr. Hesslen talks about his background in education, the various jobs and roles he has held, his family, and his vision for where the Alma School District is headed.  Plus, we find out Mr. B. and Mr. Hesslen have some past history in common.
