Matthew 6 1 Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven 2 Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly I say to you, they have their reward 3 But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing 4 that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly 5 And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly I say to you, they have their reward 6 but you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut the door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place and your Father who sees in secret place will reward you openly 7 and when you pray do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words 8 Therefore, do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him 9 In this manner, therefore, pray Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your name. 10 Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread 12 And forgive our debts as we forgive our debtors. 13 And do not lead us into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen

NKJV 43 You have heard that is has been said 'you shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 that you may be sons of your Father in Heaven, for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 Therefore be perfect as your Father in Heaven is perfect.

But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. 40 If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also. 41 And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two. 42 Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away * Let's hope that 2024 will be the year of consistency :)

NKJV (23) Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,  (24) leave your gift before the altar and go your way. First, be reconciled to your brother and then come and offer your gift (25) Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him. Lest your adversary deliver you to the judge and the judge hand you over to the officer and you be thrown into prison. (26) Assuredly I say to you, you will be no means get out of there until you have paid the last penny. (29) if your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish than for your whole body to be cast into hell (30) and if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you, for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish than for your whole body to be cast into hell
