I want to stop despising my younger self

In this episode, I take us on a journey through my life. Starting when everything was big, bright and beautiful in my childhood, going through the change and discomfort of middle school, navigating social norms in high school, and then onto where we are in the present. Overall, bringing us to face the fact; that I despise my younger self and want to change that.
