Dr. Jeremy B. Crow is a nationally recognized leader in physical therapy, with more than 20 years of experience in sports medicine and orthopedic care. He is the Director of Residency and Fellowship Programs at Spear, where he founded and continues to lead advanced training programs shaping the next generation of clinicians. Beyond the clinic, Jeremy has spent nearly two decades as an adjunct professor at NYU and remains deeply involved in advancing the profession through leadership, education, and advocacy at both the state and national levels. He has been active in the APTA and APTA New York since 2006, serving in roles such as NYPTA Secretary, Greater New York Treasurer, and on multiple committees and task forces. He currently serves as a site reviewer for the American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPTRFE), is a member of its Residency Candidacy Council, and was recently appointed to ABPTRFE Candidacy and Initial Accreditation Panel. He also consults on residency and fellowship program development across the country. She’s currently helping build Notation, an AI-powered documentation platform designed specifically for rehabilitation clinicians.Christina graduated from Grand Valley State University and has worked across a wide range of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, neuro rehab, home health, and skilled nursing facilities.
